Kamran Biglari

I build cloud platforms that teams can actually run — from racked servers to multi-region AWS.

I started in web hosting, spent twelve years running datacenters — including designing one of the first private datacenters in my region — and moved that discipline into the cloud. Today I lead cloud engineering at New Change FX in London, and through my own consultancies I help teams migrate to AWS, run Kubernetes and hybrid estates properly, and wire AI into their platforms with MCP.

Everything I build is Terraform-first, documented, and handed over — so it keeps working after I've gone.
